TBJ Model 32-60 BD Mobile Backdraft Surgery Workstation is designed
to provide a ventilated small animal surgery work area. The workstation
functions to control, capture, and exhaust waste anesthesia gases
back and away from the face of personnel when connected to a negative
air source. Escaping halothane and isoflurane gases present during
surgical procedures can safely be controlled and kept below NIOSH
recommended exposure limits, thus providing a healthier, more safe
work environment. This model includes a spacious work area, a backdraft
exhaust plenum, an adjustable snorkel arm to pin point exhaust
at the animal nose cone and/or induction box, drawers, shelving
and lighting, and adjustable height options.
